1. Data Collection & Multi-Tenant Isolation
Sandesh collects only the data required to facilitate authenticated business messaging: account credentials, organization identifiers, contact lists uploaded by authorized workspace administrators, message templates, and campaign execution records.
All data is strictly scoped to your tenant workspace. Workspaces cannot access or query data belonging to any other tenant.
2. WhatsApp Sessions & Security
When you pair a WhatsApp account using QR authentication, session cryptographic tokens are stored with encryption at rest. Sandesh acts solely as a communication conduit for your authorized messages.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact records or message payloads.
3. Auditability & Retention
Message delivery timestamps, status receipts (sent, delivered, read, failed), and API audit logs are retained to enable troubleshooting and delivery reporting within your dashboard. You may request permanent deletion of your workspace data upon account termination.
