Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Acceptable Messaging Policy
Sandesh is engineered for legitimate transactional, marketing, and operational customer communication. Users strictly agree not to transmit unsolicited spam, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
You are responsible for obtaining prior opt-in consent from all recipient phone numbers before initiating campaigns, in compliance with applicable telecommunications laws and WhatsApp Terms of Service.
2. Workspace Accounts & Quotas
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and API tokens. Plan quotas (contacts, connected WhatsApp numbers, monthly message limits) are enforced at the workspace level. Sandesh reserves the right to rate-limit or suspend workspaces that deliberately violate system limits.
3. Third-Party Protocols
Sandesh interacts with WhatsApp multi-device protocols. You acknowledge that phone numbers and accounts remain subject to WhatsApp's own terms and automated anti-abuse systems. Sandesh is not liable for account suspensions resulting from user-initiated spam campaigns or unconsented mass broadcasts.
4. Service Availability
We strive for maximum system availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. For enterprise SLAs and guaranteed uptime agreements, contact enterprise support.
